Members and spaces

• Member. Sees every booking in the space. Cancels, moves or renames their own bookings, and the bookings of teammates who share their hosting.
• Admin. Everything a member can do, plus space settings, invites and member roles. Edits and deletes every event type and schedule in the space, and adds teammates to any booking. An admin cannot change their own role and cannot change the owner.
• Owner. Everything an admin can do, plus billing and deleting the space.

No role lets you use another member as a host, or cancel, move or rename their bookings. That member must share their hosting first. Admins can still add teammates to any booking.

You choose, for each space, if your teammates can use you as a host. Open Members and find Your hosting.

• Only me. The default for everyone. Nobody else can pick you as a host, or pick your hours or calendars, for a new or changed event type. Event types that already use you keep working. Nobody else can cancel, move or rename your bookings. This includes admins and the space owner. Admins keep their own rights: they can still edit every event type and schedule, and add teammates to any booking.
• Anyone on my team. Your teammates can use you as a host, as listed below. The Members page shows you with a Shares hosting badge.

When you share your hosting, anyone in the space can:

• Make you the host of an event type, or give you a booking as its new host.
• Use your schedules on event types, create a schedule for you, and change your schedules.
• Edit the event types you host. They cannot delete them.
• Cancel, move and rename your bookings, and add teammates or change the host on them.
• Pick one of your calendars for an event type, or as a default calendar.

• Only you can change your setting. Nobody can change it for you, not even an admin or the space owner.
• Admins keep the rights of their role. They can still edit and delete every event type and schedule, and add teammates to any booking.
• If you switch back to Only me, nothing that already uses you stops working. Event types you host, hours and calendars already chosen, and your bookings stay as they are. The setting is checked only when someone picks a new host, new hours or a new calendar.
• When a member is removed from the space, their event types and schedules stay as they are. Nobody can pick them again.
• The API and AI assistants act as the space owner. They can give a booking only to the owner or to a member who shares their hosting.

1. Open the space menu and choose Invite member.
2. Enter the person's email address, pick a role, then choose Send invite. Invites go by email only. There is no shareable invite link.
3. The person opens the link in the email and joins. Invites do not expire.

Inviting the same address again changes the role on the invite that is already waiting. It does not create a second invite.

• A seat is used by each member and by each invite that is still waiting. An invite holds its seat from the moment you send it.
• The number of seats comes from your subscription. To buy more, open Billing and choose Manage seats.
• With no seat free, the invite is refused. Add seats, or cancel a waiting invite, then try again.
• Removing a member frees their seat in the app, but it does not lower what you pay. To lower the bill, reduce the seats under Billing.
• If the plan lapses, members become inactive and lose access. Their seats are kept, and access comes back when you upgrade the space again.

• Open the space menu at the top of the sidebar to switch spaces, or choose Create space to start a new one.
• You can leave a space from Spaces, but only if you belong to another one. The owner cannot leave their own space.
• Only the owner can delete a space, from Space settings. Deleting is permanent and takes every booking page inside it with it.
