Your account
Your account is you, not your space. It holds how you sign in and how the app looks to you.
Profile
Open Profile to change:
- Name and profile picture.
- Email address. You sign in with it. Changing it asks for a 6 digit code sent to the new address.
- Password. If you signed up with Google or Microsoft you have no password yet. Choose Set password to add one, so you can also sign in with your email address.
If your CallSlot is set up for single sign-on, the password card shows a notice instead: sign-in is handled by your identity provider, so there is no password to manage here.
Preferences
Open Preferences to set your language, time zone, time format, start of week and theme. CallSlot picks sensible defaults from your browser and your locale, so you only change what is wrong.
If your device clock moves to another zone, CallSlot notices and offers to update your time zone. Every time you see in the app is shown in your zone. Guests always see times in their own.
Delete your account
- Open Profile and go to Danger zone.
- Choose Delete account. The confirm screen tells you how many upcoming bookings you have, whether you have an active subscription, and whether you own a space that other people use.
- Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion, and you have 7 days to change your mind.
- You cannot delete your account while you own a space that other people use. Remove them, or hand the space to someone else, first.
- An active subscription stops renewing and runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
- Choose Cancel deletion inside the 7 days to keep your account. Your subscription then renews as normal. After 7 days your account and its data are removed for good.
